  1. Vendor Space: The basic vendor canopy fee includes a 9-m² tent with floor along the cars exhibition, listing in the event program and web site, admission for five persons and one access for a commercial vehicle. Reduction can be obtained for tent without floor. Space will be assigned on a first-come basis.
First Canopy (3 x 3 m) with floor: 500 € (To March 15th) 700 € (March 16th – April 20th)
* 2nd & 3rd Canopy (each): 500 € (To March 15th) 700 € (March  16th–April 20th)

 These prices are without VAT.

* Multiple Canopies: Multiple canopies are limited to a maximum of three (3) and subject to availability.
* If you require more than three, please inquire +32 71 81 07 82.

  1. Application & Acceptance: Applications will be processed on a first-come qualifying basis. Only a select number of Vendors selling similar products will be accepted and Vendor space is limited. Please provide a complete description of your product or service with your Vendor Application. Product photos are welcomed.  If a vendor is found to be selling products not approved by SpaItalia, the organizers reserve the right to revoke his or her vendor privilege and retain the vendor fee.
     
  2. Vendor Restrictions: All products and services must be of interest and relevant to classic automobile enthusiasts. Anyone found to be operating outside of these guidelines on the days of the event will be expelled from this and future events and their fees will not be refunded. Vendors must restrict their activities and displays within the confines of their space. Please do not display your products outside the front of your space or place printed material in any of the vehicles on the paddock area. Use of the SpaItalia logo on any item of clothing or other product sold is not allowed unless written authorization has been obtained.
    In addition:
     
    • Absolutely no selling of any unauthorized material
    • Non-Italian automobiles are strictly prohibited in any vendor space or in the paddocks. Special area will allocated for vendors vehicles.
    • No subletting. This means that only the specifically approved vendor's products can be sold out of your space.
       
  3. Terms & Conditions: Signing the application indicates that you have read, agree to, and understand the present Terms & Conditions.
     
  4. Invoicing: Upon reception of the registration request, an invoice is issued and must be paid before the date indicated. Registration request without payment of the invoice will be disregarded and no space could be claimed by the applicant on the days of the event. Partial payment is not allowed.
     
  5. Set-up: Occurs Friday, April 27, 2012, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The grounds will be closed on Friday and Saturday night, with security guards on duty. However, if you have valuable merchandise, you may consider the use of locked trunks. Also, be sure your insurance is in full effect. We cannot over-emphasize the benefits of insurance. SpaItalia cannot assume any responsibility for loss at the event. Vendor parking is available.
     
  6. Vendor Passes: You will be given one vehicle access marked “Commerce” and five individual passes per space of 9 m².
     
  7. Mailing Date: Your  vendor pass (including 5 individual tickets) and any additional advance spectator tickets you have ordered will be mailed by April 15th (to the address indicated on your Application) if you have registered by March 15th.
     
  8. Additional advance spectator tickets: No Waiting In Ticket Line. (Children under 16 free when accompanied by adult.):   12 € each.                                                                                                    

    Please note that Access and Tickets are non-refundable.
     
  9. Breakdown: You may begin to break down your vendor space at 6:00 p.m on Sunday. Your vehicles will be allowed in the paddocks from this time. Many Vendors experience positive sales from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
     
  10. Vendor Parking: Designated Vendor parking is available. A map showing the exact area will be sent to you in advance.
     
  11. Cancellations: Cancellation requests of Vendor Space(s) submitted in writing (mailed or faxed) will be accepted until April 1st.  Absolutely no refunds after April 1st. In case of refunds, they  will be issued the first week of June  less a processing fee of 25 € per vendor space.
     
  12. Change Order Fee: A 10 € processing fee will be charged for any changes made to orders; e.g., from vendor to participant, from vendor to spectator tickets.
