1. Security guards will be on duty all night for your peace of mind. However, make sure your insurance is in effect, as SpaItalia can assume no responsibility.
   
   Participant Fee:
   • 45 € per day and 60 € for the whole weekend to March15th, 2012
   • 55 € per day and 70 € for the weekend from March 16th  to April 29th, 2012.

   The registration request is only processed when payment has been recorded. The payment is expected within 10 days after reception of the registration form. Credit card payment will be processed within 10 days after reception of the registration form. Registration request without payement is disregarded and will be dropped by the organisers without notice.

   The Participant Fee:

   • Admits one registered vehicle onto the Paddocks (when Participant Access Pass is displayed on windscreen).
   • Admits two passengers as the vehicle enters the Paddocks. Additional passenger(s) will need a Spectator Ticket as well as if you are not with your registered vehicle.
   • Event Program. (one per car)
      
2. Application & Acceptance: Entries are limited to Italian marque, Italian-bodied or Italian mechanical (e.g., Cooper Maserati) automobiles. Applications will be processed on a first-come qualifying basis.
    
3. Participant Access: The Participant Access identifies your vehicle as a pre-registered Participant. It must be in place -- visible from the vehicle's windscreen -- before arriving at the gates. Your car will not be allowed onto the Paddocks without this access -- you'll be directed to the Paying line and you'll have to purchase an Access Ticket!
   Note: Spectator Tickets may be purchased the Day of Event for 15 € for the whole weekend at the gate to the paddocks (tunnel under the track). Except the access to the paddocks, access to the circuit spectator area is free.
   
   Please note that Access and Tickets are non-refundable.
   
4. Mailing Dates: Your Participant Access, along with all other tickets, will be mailed to you (at the address indicated on your Participant Application) by May 25th if you have registered by May 15th.
    
5. Participant Directions:  From Liege-Aachen motorway, take E42 heading Verviers /Trier until exit n° 10. From Trier on E42 take exit 11. Follow signs Francorchamps and/or SpaItalia.
    
6. Arrival Time: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Participants arrive and position cars. From the entrance, you will be directed to your marque parking. Note: We cannot guarantee your placement if you arrive after 9:30 a.m.
    
7. Transporters: Vehicles arriving by Transporter must have a Special Pass, be pre-authorized and have received the Transporter Instruction. Please contact South Services office at +32 71 81 07 82. Close-by transporter parking is available. Please inquire. Regretfully, there is no provision for transporter or trailer parking in the paddocks.
    
8. Concours d’Elegance: SpaItalia is a display, rather than point-judged competition event. Trophies and special prizes are presented for those of participants having registered their car for the Concours d’Elegance and having won an award. Registration for the Concours d’Elegance should be made by returning the standard registration form available from the SpaItalia office.
    
9. Grande Parade - Scuderia. Participants may take part to one or several one hour-session on the track with their own car. The price is 70 € per car for Grande Parade and 140 € for Scuderia and per one hour-session. It is advisable to register for these sessions in advance using the registration form or the on-line registration. The allocation will be made on the first come first served basis. Once the quota of cars for each session is completed, no more registration for the Grande Parade or Scuderia will be accepted. Should places still be available on the days of event, registration will be possible at the secretariat. In case of an incident on the track, the time session can be reduced or the session can be stopped for the neccessary time  to clean the track without the participants being entitled in claiming a refund whatsoever.
    
10. Other activities. Participant may take part to any other activities whether organized by SpaItalia or by the marques and vendors present in the paddocks.
     
11. Please note that during the whole weekend, a noise restriction is applied and that vehicle may not exceed 105 db. Appropriate measures will be taken by the organizers in case of contravention.
     
12. Departure Time: Participants may begin leaving at 4:30 p.m. Please, no exceptions. This is extremely important to the integrity of the event and the safety of those attending.
     
13. Event Program: Each Participant will receive an Event Program for their enjoyment.
     
14. Cancellations: Access and other tickets are non-refundable.
     
15. On-line Applications & Ticket Orders: If you do not receive your access and tickets from SpaItalia by April 15th, it is your responsibility to contact us by email (info@spaitalia.be) or telephone (+32 71 81 07 82) to follow-up.
     
16. By registering for SpaItalia, the participant accepts that the organisation uses the name of the participant in a publication related to the event and in particular that his name and car make is published in the participants list which is available from the SpaItalia web site.
